Report drafting process

In line with the principle of materiality approach, individual items of non-financial information have been presented to the extent necessary to assess the Group’s development, performance and standing. In 2018, we conducted an anonymous survey among our employees and a dialogue session with the Group’s key external stakeholders, including social institutions, trading partners, farmers and public cultural centres. In 2019, we carried out additional surveys among stakeholders and performed an internal analysis of reports prepared by international rating agencies.

During the dialogue, aspects of low, medium and high relevance were identified. The aspects of low relevance, providing no measurable added value for the organisation and recipients of this report, were disregarded.

To prepare the 2020 report, we used the information from the dialogue session and surveys carried out as part of previous report drafting processes.
