The Grupa Azoty Group is Poland's largest manufacturer of chemicals and fertilizer products and one of the most recognisable names in this industry in Europe. In Poland, we are the leading producer of mineral fertilizers, polyamides, OXO alcohols, plasticisers, titanium white and melamine. In the European Union, we rank second in mineral fertilizer production and third in PA6 production.

The strength of our Group is created by 15,000 employees working at more than 50 companies. Our products are appreciated by customers on five continents – the Americas, Asia, Africa and, of course, Europe. Three Group companies – Grupa Azoty S.A., Grupa Azoty Puławy and Grupa Azoty Police − are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The Parent's registered office is in Tarnów. Most of our production activities are carried out in Poland, but we also operate plants in Germany and Spain. Over more than ten years we have built the value of the Grupa Azoty Group through innovation and skilful acquisitions. We have combined traditions and specialisations of the largest Polish chemical plants under the single brand of Grupa Azoty, creating Poland’s largest chemical group and a major industry player in Europe. Our consolidated revenue grew from PLN 1.3bn in 2007 to PLN 10.5bn in 2020. In the 2020 ranking of the most valuable Polish brands compiled by the Rzeczpospolita daily Grupa Azoty ranked first among chemical companies.

- Grupa Azoty Kędzierzyn was among the winners of the prestigious international Responsible Care competition, having won in the Community Support category; it was the first Polish company to have received an award in this category
- Grupa Azoty Puławy made it to the winners list of the first edition of the 'Social Leader of Local Business' competition prepared by the publisher of the Dziennik Wschodni daily and the Dajemy Wam Słowo Foundation as part of the National Bank of Poland's Economic Education Programme
